Appointed by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) as a Mentor, she guides aspiring adult educators through hands-on assignments, sharing her extensive expertise.

Julie’s proficiency in curriculum development is widely recognized, earning her the prestigious title of Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) from the Adult Education Professionalisation (AEP) under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and IAL. Her notable achievements include receiving the Outstanding Leadership Award at the Education 2.0 Conference for her contributions to the field of education and learning, and being named one of the Top 10 Most Promising Executive Coaches in Singapore by Asia Business Outlook in 2024.
