Hence, he designs individualized person-centered programs to meet the needs of a student in his/her daily living and/or working activities at home or workplace to maximize his/her unlimited human potential. He recognizes that being gainfully employed is an important factor in integration/independence, and tailors each program at MWA towards that outcome.
