Please be aware that we don’t offer Cash-on-Delivery because we use external couriers for product delivery at Mushroom World Academy.
At the Mushroom World online shop, we only accept payments via Credit/Debit cards and PayNow, including major card brands like VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.
Rest assured, your card details are safeguarded with top-notch encryption. We never store your credit card information in any database, prioritizing your security. Each credit card transaction takes place in a secure environment and is directly processed by the respective banks. You’ll receive an order confirmation and summary via email once your order is placed and paid for.

I would like to amend my order
Amendments of orders will be processed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Mushroom World Academy. Orders cannot be amended once it has been shipped out. Please email contact@mushroomworldacademy.com for your request and and the details of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your return/exchange policy?
We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. Mushroom World Academy offers a return/exchange policy allowing requests within 24 hours of receiving the items.
To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging (plastic and box). This applies to damaged items, defective goods, wrong deliveries, or missing parts.
Mushroom World Academy covers the cost of collection and redelivery for return/exchange.
Here are the steps:
1) Contact us at contact@mushroomworldacademy.com with your name and contact information.
2) Arrange for pick-up or drop-off.
3) Ensure the item is in its original packaging.
4) In case of an exchange, we’ll deliver the product within 3 working days.
Please note: Once you accept a courier-delivered item, it becomes your responsibility. Mushroom World Academy is not responsible for any damage to such goods.
How do I track my delivery?
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email once your parcel is in transit. Regrettably, we can’t provide an exact delivery date and time due to courier limitations. Some couriers may call you before delivery.
In case of a failed delivery, your item will be taken to a designated post office or POPStation for self-collection, with the collection period specified in your Delivery Advice.
