Terms and Conditions for Participation in the 4D/3N Travel & Learn Program in Thailand 2024
Introduction
- Welcome to our 4D/3N Travel & Learn Program! Before you register, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By signing up for our travel program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
Eligibility
- Children and Families: This program is for adults only (above 21 years of age).
- Rooms: Accommodation Room Type: Single Non-Smoking Room with ensuite bathroom facility. No room sharing between unrelated participants. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
- Accessibility: This program is not wheelchair-friendly.
- SSG funding is not applicable to this program.
Registration and Payment
- Price: Price(s) are in SGD, per person. Airplane tickets are not included.
- Meals: Meals are included, however Day 2 Dinner is not included- at participants’ own expense.
- Non-Transferable: Registration and participation in the program are non-transferable. Participants cannot transfer their registration to another person.
- Non-Exchangeable: Program slots or packages cannot be exchanged for other services or programs.
- Non-Resellable: Participation in the program cannot be resold or offered for resale.
- Personal Details and Particulars: Participants are required to provide their personal details and particulars, when requested by the organizer. The personal data of all participants will be collected for purposes including, but not limited to, registration with accommodation providers and emergencies. This will be conducted in accordance with applicable Data Protection Guidelines under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Program Attendance
- Participants must be present at the stipulated meeting venue(s) at the specified date(s) and time(s), including the first meeting venue, in order to be deemed present for the program. Late arrivals may be considered as no-shows and are not be eligible for a refund or participation in the program.
Indemnity
- Personal Responsibility:Participants are fully responsible for their own participation in the program. The organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Health and Safety:Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the program. It is recommended that participants have their own appropriate travel insurance, at participants’ own expense, that covers health, accidents, and other travel-related risks.
- Compliance with Laws:Participants agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during the travel program. Any illegal activities are grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund. Additionally, any false declarations or refusal to provide mandatory information, such as personal particulars, to the organizer will also be grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund.
Liability
- Indemnity Clause:By participating in the program, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the program.
- Force Majeure:The organizer shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations of the program caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, or other emergencies.
Changes to the Program
- Program Modifications: All photos are for illustration purposes, whereas actual activities might differ from the illustration. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program itinerary, schedule, or activities as necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
- Additional Upgrades:Any additional upgrades or extra provisions requested by participants may be chargeable, as deemed by the organizer and at the discretion of the organizer. 3 meals, accommodation, transportation and activities are included the scope of the program.

- Media: Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the program for the purposes of marketing and publicity. By participating in the program, you are deemed to have given your consent for such use by default. However, participants who wish to opt out may do so by providing a written request to the organizer prior to the start of the program. Additionally, participants have the right to withdraw their consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of their photographs in accordance with applicable Data Protection Guidelines under the Personal Data Protection Act(PDPA), by giving reasonable notice to the organizer.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and/or the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kingdom of Thailand and/or the Republic of Singapore.
